As much as the first officers salary! ;)
It'll cost you but if the airlines don't make it attractive no one will purchase. They'll need customers to buy in to pay for the retrofit of each aircraft.
Silly me. I thought it was talking about the speed of the airplane. My calculator couldn't convert 100 Mbps to knots.
