The flight profile might indicate a runaway trim situation.
In IMHO you are most likely right loss control in less than 16 seconds. extreme high climb rate-descent rate.

Possibly a medical event if single pilot? Very unfortunate.
The FA profile if accurate is very telling. Loss of control happened quickly. As Planesolutions and Highflyer state flight control and medical issues will need to be investigated. Also, depending on the serial number of the aircraft, it may still have had the spinning Sperry gyros for the attitude indicators overhauled for the upteenth time. Could pitot covers have been left on? The investigation should be able to solve this one.
May WE learn from this tragedy and all involved RIP.

Can't fly at 76kts.
Wow, harsh. Just made a quick statement to follow the squawk and two downvotes. The Christmas spirit is lacking.
I didn’t know that Christmas had anything to do with talking out of your ass.
It has to do with everything bt. Merry Christmas. Safe travels sir.
Another churlish response from the ever present bt and yet more evidence of the fire, aim, ready set removing civility and decorum from life, as well as this site. And I agree, a C560 won't fly at 76knts. Maybe you, like HF and I, retired on logbook #4. Not just the one from the Cessna Pilot Center with all those endorsements in the back that said you could do somethin you didn't know Jack about yet! And we had some fun doin it. The down voting x-boxers will never know what actually flying a Lear 20 series was really all about and probably Christmas as well. So, A Merry and A happy to you and yours, and to the rest of the crew here who have flown down the Right coast in the 30's and 40's at night lookin out and sayin What a view! Or maybe, Man, I shoulda been sellin light bulbs! Cheers!
I always said, Man, I wish I had a nickel for every light! Either way, one would do very well. Merry Christmas to you too sir and safe travels throughout the holidays and beyond.
