High School Pilot Charged, Suspended After Football Prank

Isn't it bad enough that 17 years olds can show off in a car endangering people? Now they can show off in a plane and endanger 100's of people? Suspend his pilot license until he is at least 19 or 20 and has had a chance to mature, at least a little bit!
