Well sparkie I read a little in that post and went to the site. Seems ever who runs that site has not been around what the FCC does as they sell rights to areas all the time and have for years. So thats nothing new. That leads me to think that many things said on that web site have no merit either. Check out how the FCC does things selling rights to diffrent areas for say cell phones and such.
Being in Aviation, Amateur Radio, General Radio Telephone License, and more. I know the FCC Well... Elevators do not go to the top floor
Are there any government agencies where the elevators go all the way to the top floor? LOL!
Yes... But the Elevators only go to the Basement Level!
