The large label on the jig is in German: “HINTEN” means “rear” or “aft” (which also appears on the jig). There are also Leica laser measures visible. It seems probable that this was taken in Hamburg.
I don't believe the picture in the story is from Hamburg. The guy in the picture is wearing a California T-shirt. Ha!
