The 3 posts you included only have Steve's original squawk in them...looks like Flightaware ejected the other duplicates

Don't know if that is a smart answer or not but this repost BS is just that those who sit on a computer at work with little to do and those who feel the need but never check to see if anyone has already posted makes this web site less than what it used to be.

Might well be, but every time you post something there is a warning asking you to make sure it wasn't posted before. Included in the warning are links to stories that might be similar, but these links are almost always very far from what you want to post. I suspect that new "posters" just look at theses links, and if they figure they have nothing to do with the stuff they want to squawk they just go ahead. Maybe there should be a warning that asks people to check in the "new squawk" category for at lest the last week.

Maybe they just want to squawk. If you want to squawk, find a chicken and step on it. Rotfl.

Boeing Wins $13.8 Billion Wide-Body Jet Order From Singapore Airlines

Boeing Co. won orders for 39 wide-body aircraft from Singapore Airlines Ltd. as Southeast Asia’s biggest long-distance carrier upgrades its fleet over the next decade with more fuel-efficient models in an effort to cut costs.

The airline agreed to buy 20 777-9s, which are set to debut at the decade’s end, and 19 787-10s, the longest Dreamliner model, for $13.8 billion at list prices that don’t reflect customary discounts, Singapore Air said in a statement on Thursday.

Singapore Airlines places $13.8 billion wide-body Boeing order

Singapore Airlines has announced a commitment to purchase 20 Boeing 777-9s and 19 additional 787-10s. The order — which comes amidst a slowdown in sales of Boeing and Airbus widebody aircraft — is theoretically worth $13.8bn at list prices. There had been no 777X order announcements since June 2015.
