Regardless most of these Asian carriers always fail with delays or cancelled flights never mind a head job from mother nature
Yea, many of them are with Cebu Pacific one of the worst offenders. Philippine Airlines has been my carrier of choice over the years when traveling between SFO?LAX - to or from MNL. Most always early arrivals, safe equipment, and good food and service.
