Use to fly to the Bahamas often. This is why you always carry a raft instead of just life preservers. A lot of people I knew flew without either. Think there's a rule about that!
Was it an infrared search camera that spotted them or, along with the raft, did they have a radio and/or signaling device? Maybe we'll learn more. Well done to all parties involved.
Glad they found them.. Being single engine cessna, they probably had an ELT with them.
