Airlines have began waiving change fees for passengers traveling in or through the northeast, including Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, Washington Dulles, Washington Reagan National, Baltimore Washington, Philadelphia and Boston. So far, United, Delta, and US Airways have published new terms for traveler relief via their twitter accounts and on their websites.
