Will work so well as those who choose not to will fly them anyway. Oh well guess that I will be one who doesn't as I fly mine inside the house only.

You won’t have a problem flying inside your home. In case you fly outside and get caught, here is what the FAA has to say about failing to register: “Is there a penalty for failing to register? Failure to register an unmanned aircraft that is required to be registered may result in regulatory and criminal penalties. The FAA may assess civil penalties up to $27,500. Criminal penalties include fines of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment for up to three years.”

It is a whole lot more serious (over 100 times more serious), than a speeding ticket.
