I just wanted to highlight this quote:

"United acknowledged that Harper ended up peeing in a cup but says it was her decision — not the airline’s."

So... Is that supposed to make you look good? Like you gave her a choice? Like peeing right onto the seat is a viable alternative?

This is getting silly.
