Legal landing no problem.
I saw one of these once in Boston. As a tourist, I was visiting Fort Independence Park. An airplane went overhead, descended down into the fog, and I was certain that plane had crashed <a few tense minutes>. At the time, I didn't realize how close I was to Logan Airport.
Another fine illustration of why camera operators, professional or amateur, really need to clam up while shooting arrivals and departures.
