Pennsylvania state cops borrow, then return, spy blimp to aid manhunt

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) just returned an aerial surveillance balloon that it borrowed for two days in an effort to capture a man wanted for the murder of a trooper last month. Article spends more time detailing financial history and woes of company that it does on the capabilities, or lack thereof, of the unit. That said, canopy or not, it looks like the infra red camera would have done something as far as seeing thru the brush.
