With killing off two planeloads of passengers, then trying to cover it up, they might as well change their motto to "If it's Boeing, we're not going."

Strains credulity to think that Mark Forkner alone bears responsibility. As an opinion piece on the matter quotes a survivor of a MAX crash victim: “…taking out one rotten apple in a pile of them….doesn’t make much difference.”

Fraud leading to 346 deaths and no manslaughter charge?
Forkner knew management wanted no additional training.
Boeing's law firm then hired the prosecutor; as a partner no less.
Boeing had an outstanding and reputable law firm in Seattle before they moved HQ to Chicago.
No need to guess why the move happened.

If the allegations are true, then there should be more serious charges than "fraud" -- he would be partially responsible for the deaths of hundreds of people.

More serious charges? Not going to happen. Big businesses in USA owns the government. Prime example? SINEMA. and more.
No one in boeing will go to jail. Some top management will get huge bonuses for successfully deflecting the blame to minions. This is the Reality of big businesses in USA today.
