Frontier Airlines Making Passengers Pay 'COVID Recovery' Surcharge
Frontier Airlines is now making passengers pay a "Covid Recovery" surcharge. The charge is intended to offset costs such as "increased sanitation and cleaning onboard the aircraft and in the airport, shields at the ticket counters and gate areas, and personal protective equipment for employees," according to the airline's site. This charge simply had to happen and I for one HATE it, we have all been through more than enough over the past 18 Month's with the COVID-19 Virus and the Airlines are all trying to get us back into the air ? and now we are to be charged and EXTRA FEE for sitting in a clean Airplane ? that SHOULD already be perfectly clean anyway ? Shame on Frontier and for one will NEVER fly with them.
They might as well stop calling themselves a 'low-cost carrier'.
