Wow we were all waiting for this one sided review from you WOW HA HA.
I'm not the author of this article, but having flown one from ZRH to TXL, it's a comfortable aircraft. It's a lot more like a mainline aircraft in terms of amenities. I'm happy to see this become more common for smaller loads in the US. It's not as nice as an A320 or an A330, but way better than an ERJ.
