Pegasus lands 2/3rds of the way down the runway with a screaming tailwind, I guess this covers the other end of the spectrum...landing before the first 3rd of the runway. I'm not dismissing the possibility of windshear, but you never know anymore...
I’ll bet the VASI were red/red if installed?
