Chalet, thanks for confirming it wasn't just my computer. It does seem odd all that sound is missing. Seems like an editing glitch.

After reading the transcripts in the little windows, it appears that communication between pilot and fo are not on the sound track. It's just radio communications. Still curious about the starting at almost 2 minute mark. I can scroll back to the beginning, but there's not much sound there either, which is part of what was making me thing there was a sound problem.

@Victor Engel I was finally able to bring up the audio. At any rate try this link which offers only audio. I have listened to this and several other taped conversations and in NONE of them Capt. Sully pronounces the nerves wrecking MAYDAY MAYDAY call.
