Looks like a Cessna 150 to me, not a Cessna 172
Nailed it!
according to the faa registration on the tail number, it's a 150 G and it was never repaired. The certification was withdrawn in sept 2012. The reason says "expired". The tail number will be purged 09/29/2019

Ouch...
This is a C150 NOT a C172
Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing. If you can reuse the airplane, it is a great landing.
