I wonder if this is an old Kier Air Transport airplane from the 1970's.
BE18
I was curious and looked up the BE18. A lot of variants to engine configurations, from Jacobs L-6s @ 350-hp, Wright R-760E, to the P&W R-985 which appeared to be the most common. First prototype flew in 1937.
"Continuously produced from 1937 to November 1969 (over 32 years, a world record at the time), over 9,000 were built, making it one of the world's most widely used light aircraft." (Wiki)
