Dear Mr. Heap,
I just wanted to send you a short note regarding the exceptional service my crew and I received while operating out of Front Range Airport over the holiday period.
We parked our Gulfstream G550 (N550RP) at FTG between December 26th and 31st and everyone we came in contact with at the FBO bent over backwards to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of; from unloading all of our aircraft stock that could have frozen, to giving the pilots a ride to the "big" airport and making sure our flight attendant got a ride back to her vehicle. We were also very pleasantly surprised when we were told that the fees had been waved for our stay. The crew was totally up on our arrival back to Denver and I received a call from the front desk asking if we were ready to be picked up from our airline flight.
We bought a bit of gas, loaded up our stock and even "stole" one of the containers we had used, to make things easier on us at the end of the next leg when we had to offload the stock again in Rifle.
Our entire experience at Front Range was first class and I would not hesitate to return to this airport when in the area.
