if 3 viewers cast a 5 vote, 3 cast a 3 vote, 2 each cast a 2 vote and 2 vote with a 1 vote, and one is cast as a 4 vote... for a total of the 11 votes showing... you will have a 3.09 average as showing. That's how it's done.
