Just a great day when you get a such an unusual but awesome photograph!
It's all about the EW (electronic warfare) capability.
These modern 1980s era, fly-by-wire aircraft don't get replaced, they just get the "electronics upgrade" to defeat the enemies.
Nothing like the F-22 supporting the F-15, 16, 18, & 35 that strikes without detection at all other aircraft flying, for now.
