North American P-51 Mustang (N68JR) - This beauty A P-51 Mustang named Sweet Revenge was delivered to the USAAC ( Us Army Air Corps )br /8th Air Force on Friday January 5th 1945. Powered by a Rolls Royce Packard built V-1650-7 Merlin 12 cylinder liquid cooled engine. The sound of one of these is wonderful, if you like that kind of thing.br /When they get near there top speed of 437 mph the P-51 Makes a distinct and wicked sound as it passes by.
