Thanks Ken. We are lucky to have a nice city. Many years ago a lot of old buildings were being demolished in the name of progress. That got stopped and we got a spate of 'facadism' where a number of buildings were demolished but the facades were left with some fairly ugly buildings in behind them. That stopped too and today we have a better mix of old and new as we go skyward.
