Per Cirium: On Dec. 31, 2024, this Robinson R44 Raven, registered to Spitzer Helicopter LLC, apparently went out of control and crashed, coming to rest on its right side, following a reported tail strike during take-off in a field at Galveston, Texas. The accident happened in daylight (1230L) and in VMC. There were no reported injuries.
