Canadair CL-215T Serial #1098 Owned by Conair Aviation and leased to Alberta Agriculture and Forestry
Comments
The primary mission of this bird is a water bomber.
This airplane always reminded me of a LEGO Blocks assemblage. It however, does the job!
It may not be a pretty aircraft but as a life long Firefighter it looks awful good to me!
Great picture!
Beautiful
Great air to air pic! Are you involved in air attack for Alberta?
Looks more like a CL-415 ?
Yes, Dave, the turboprop version is CL415. Very efficient firefighter.
Great colors and composition
Great shot! Anyone know what the deal is with the asymmetric winglets? I thought I was seeing things until I checked other pics online and a bunch seem to have one winglet with a vertical leading edge and another raked back.
