USAF C-17 Globemaster III on final approach runway 8L into KATL, likely carrying equipment for presidential visit.

P.S. view it in full, otherwise the quality is awful!
It's not an "N-Number", it's a USAF serial number "66167", the first digit is the last number of the year of manufacture. I'm not familiar with C-17 models but it's probably a 1996 model? Or 2006...?
