@ Dave : Yeah , I can dig your sentiments . Technology is cool and oft times tremendously exciting , but sparing any painted embellishment via poetically licensed anthropomorphism , it's bottom-line cold and indifferent . Add the beauty and warmth of a lovely smiling human element (& include a few friends of genus Canis for non-dog-kickers such as my wife and I) , and the inanimate product of flight science becomes an almost animistic contribution to a "complete" photo .
Just as personal opinion ... Can't carry the thought further as I don't wish to sound "sexist" - and Janice might pass by as I hen-peck these keys .
... Hope you , "Mr Hawk-eye Dave" , and photog paster "eshearon" keep your good selves happy safe . w
