That's what I thought as well !!!!
This Russian twin-engine jet airliner does appear very equivalent to the Boeing 757.
Apparently many of them are also fitted with Rolls-Royce engines.

What is attached to the top of the fuselage?
Looks like overhead baggage compartment?
Could this possibly be a Russian "Open Skies" bird?
