Douglas DC-3 (N56V) - I know - this one isnt flying. In fact, shes undergoing some pretty intense surgery. However, by the time were done with it, shell at least look like flying condition! This is Piedmont Airlines former DC-3, N56V "Potomac Pacemaker", at the North Carolina Transportation Museum in Spencer, NC. This is what planes look like before theyre born - or reborn. Since this photo was taken, the elevators have been installed.

This is Piedmont Airlines' former DC-3, N56V "Potomac Pacemaker", at the North Carolina Transportation Museum in Spencer, NC. This is what planes look like before they're born - or reborn.
