Boeing JE-3 Sentry (82-0006)
Boeing E-3C Sentry 920006 ( <<< erroneous, see David's Comment below, correct reg is 820006), 552nd ACW (Air Control Wing), Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, is about to touch down on the outboard runway 31R for the third of three touch-and-goes. The fourth time, the AWACS bird landed and taxied to the terminal.
Comments
We had "front row seats" for captures of this surprise arrival. We were sort of hoping it would be leaving before we did because then it would have taxied past on Alpha (there on our right) but it turned out to be a RON visit.
Gary... another exemplary photo capture!!! The Boeing USAF AWACS a/c were not an uncommon sighting in the skies above OKC... :-)

It's from Tinker, but those mountains sure don't like like OK.
