Eurocopter EC-130 (N876MH) - Just returning to RNO after having flown a group of "Burners" out to Black Rock City in the Nevada desert, this Maverick Helicopters EC-130 (N876MH) is about to touch down on Lima taxiway. At the time I was out on Lima taking this photo, I saw four Maverick and two Sundance Eurocopters flying out to 88NV (the temporary Black Rock City Airport) and returning to RNO for more passengers.

This was just one of numerous helicopters and fixed wing aircraft that were flying attendees out to the Burning Man Festival in the Black Rock Desert near Gerlach. The decal that is visible on this helicopter reads: "Burner Express" - "BRC or Bust." (NOTE: BRC means Black Rock City.) When the festival ended, the helicopters and fixed wing aircraft performed the transports in reverse: everyone who had been flown out to the desert needed to be flown back to Reno. And as a note of interest: Fares were over (and I mean WELL over) $2000.00 per person (some folks paid TWICE that amount) for the 15-20 minute flight.
