Quickly, what make and model/
PSBJ
It's an Embraer ERJ-135/140/145. Not sure the exact model. Would have to know the N-Number or a way to look up the tail number to figure that out.

The photo actually contains an essential element, the ship number, 844. Although not usually a reliable tie, in this case it's a good start. A recent article by The Cranky Flier (http://crankyflier.com) shows Trans State uses tail numbers N8xxHK. According to the FAA, N844HK is an E-145LR, and a search of FlightAware for that tail number reveals a photo of this aircraft with the ship number visible. http://flightaware.com/photos/view/1119338-b5be83143365edc61de910afb27bdc4fd6acb435/aircrafttype/

Great work! I knew the tail number was helpful, just didn't know how to use it. But at least I narrowed it down to the series.
