Thjis corporate jet is owned by Ashmar Usmanov, one of the 130 or so Russian Oligarchs that "bought" the best of the assets, companies, banks, mining concerns, etc. owned by the crumbling Soviet regime for a few bucks. These 130 individuals own 30% of Russia´s economy.
