If you've never been to Phoenix November to April 1st is a good time to go and use the parking structures to photograph from the top floors if not to hot. April to October way cheaper prices can be found at most Hotels as it is so hot, many people do not travel to this area in the summer, but you can fins great deals if you do travel here in the summer.
