Carrier Ops Aboard the USS Nimitz CVN-68. Grumman S3-B Viking. A.k.a. "Hoover" for the way it sounds when the engines throttle up for takeoff. Most aircraft on aircraft carriers have the ability to fold the wings to maximize space when not flying. Which this bird can do. What was unique is that the tail also folded. Look right under the "NG". Squadron nickname: Screwbirds.
