Yes. They flew it into OKC along two fighter jets. I need to look up the type of fighter jets that came along. And then they flew all three aircraft on Sat. during the air show. The USAF also had fighter jets in the air while they were flying. I was amazed at the size also. A C-5 was near by and you could tell the size difference between the two aircraft. There was two great air shows in OKC on Fathers Day weekend in 1979 and 1981. The guy supporting the shows died in 1982 and the show went away after his death. It seamed like 100's of military aircraft at each show.
