hate saying this but I wonder how bad it smells on there.

Actually my wife (white American) flew on VT-ALF a few days ago and she says it had a "new car smell." Not bad for a seven year old plane.

Actually,I and my wife have flown Air India on two major routes ie Mumbai-Newark-Mumbai and Mumbai-Heathrow-Mumbai and have found the flights on time ,fairly clean and the crew very nice & helpful.
