Does anyone know if there is another amphibian out there that requires a tail wheel endorsement to fly?

Most of them do with a few exceptions.
Probably not the correct location (KDET) unless there has been some serious flooding in Detroit recently.
KDET is located near hundreds of fresh water lakes located in Southeast Michigan. Not planning to fly a seaplane over the Downtown Detroit Area :-)
