Looks like a Meyers 200 or navion with a Cessna tail
Sam, it's actually a Stits SA-11A Playmate, a homebuilt airplane designed by the late Ray Stits, and definitely not a Wheeler Express.
cool design....
The real wheeler express looks like if a piper arrow and a cirrus had a baby plane...really cool design
