KSDL - Scottsdale Air Center |
Great service. Back in September and October I would show up intermittingly every 1-3 weeks in a C172 or C182, borrow a crew car for two hours to play a game at the Scottsdale Sports Complex just north of the airport, and then take a shower in the pilots lounge before leaving (if I didn't stay overnight). The lounge is spotlessly clean, features exercise equipment, HDTV, kitchen, flight planning room with computers, shower, and quiet rooms. If I left the same night I wasn't charged anything other than what I paid for fuel. The overnight fee for a light single was $15. |

KDVT - Atlantic Aviation |
Good treatment and friendly staff. I was able to, in advance, arrange for a crew car for about 2.5 hours and park my plane overnight. There were no fees other than what I paid for 16 gallons of 100LL. The next day a lineman fetched me a stepstool when I needed one during preflight. |

KEUG - Atlantic Aviation |
I was here in June. Great service. What was supposed to be two extended weekends in a row with a three-day gap turned into a continuous visit. One of the line guys set me up with a local hotel for that three-day gap that offers a corporate discount to Flightcraft customers (roughly 40-50%) and a free shuttle. When it was time to leave they found me some insecticide when I noticed a wasp hanging around an intake port. They also cleaned off my windshield. |

     |
KFCH - Memley Aviation |
I was here in June. Positive experience. The self-serve fuel system is a little tricky, but a line guy came over and took care of it. He mentioned he keeps trying to cover up the inapplicable parts of the instructions with a marker, but it keeps fading. |

KAMA - TAC Air |
Great service a few days ago. I arrived during a period of high winds so my airplane was chained down immediately after I shut off the engine. They also gave me a ride over to the flight school on the other side of the airport so that I could pick-up a chart order. They have wifi available. |

KFSM - TAC Air |
I stopped for fuel. Good service. Wifi available. After I was airborne I noticed that the windshield had been cleaned. Nice touch. |

KBMI - Image Air |
They met me right at closing time. On departure day one of the linemen helped me clean a bird's nest out of the tailcone. |

KTKI - Cutter Aviation |
I unexpectedly landed here at night after experiencing an inflight electrical failure. I was immediately met by a lineman who moved my airplane to the maintenance shop next door and helped me leave a message and the keys for them. He also called a taxi for me to take me to a motel. The next day I returned and Cutter let me borrow a crew car at lunchtime. Wifi is available. |

     |
KAUS - Atlantic Aviation |
Friendly service. Parked for three nights and there was no charge because I purchased sufficient fuel. They brought my rental car to the plane too. |

KELP - Cutter Aviation |
Fast top-off and a cold bottle of water. Very friendly. |

KSDL - Scottsdale Air Center |
Because of my multiple positive experiences with this FBO last year I returned today. I had an appointment two miles away and I was provided with a crew car. A little over two hours later I departed with the tanks topped-off (done prior to my return) and two cold bottles of water that were handed to me as I preflighted (that was a nice touch). |

     |
KCMA - Sun Air Jets |
I was here for the weekend with some other athletes. What made this decision easy was the courtesy shuttle to our hotel and the availability of a shower before we left town. There were no charges other than what I paid for fuel. |

KABQ - Cutter Aviation |
I've used Cutter at other airports in the past and the same great service was provided at this location. For a Cessna 182 the ramp fee is $20 and the overnight tiedown fee is $10 per night. The ramp fee and the first night's tiedown is waived with a 20 gallon fuel purchase. AOPA members receive a 25-cent discount per gallon. |

     |
KLAS - Atlantic Aviation |
Top-notch service. FYI, for a light single piston the overnight fee is $40 per night (this was effective Feb. 1, 2011). There's a security fee of $15 if you take fuel (enough fuel waives the ramp fee). Complimentary shuttle service to and from the strip hotels (the shuttle arrived quickly when we called for pick-up). |

     |
KPHX - Cutter Aviation |
Another positive Cutter experience. Parked overnight and the only charge for a light piston single aircraft was for the 14 gallons of fuel I purchased. They also gave me a ride to and from my motel. One of my passengers in the morning was suffering from breakfast food poisoning and the people behind the front counter gave him some sick sacks just in case. |

Cheap self-service fuel. Food options within walking distance from the airport. |

     |
KEUG - Atlantic Aviation |
Good experience once again. Good cookies and coffee too. Shower facility was available to me and my passengers. Tie-down fee is $5 per night charged by the city. The FBO didn't charge any fees other than what I paid for fuel. |

     |
KBFI - Clay Lacy Aviation |
Good experience. Crew car was available for me for up to two hours to drop off a passenger north of downtown Seattle. No charges other than what I paid for fuel. Note that the courtesy shuttle is available only if a line worker isn't too busy and they have to keep at least two line workers on site at all times. |

     |
CZBB - Boundary Bay Air Services |
Excellent customer service by the counter person. She printed out public transportation schedules for me, let me use an office phone for a local call (so that I wouldn't incur cell phone roaming charges), brought me coffee, and gave me walking directions to the bus stop. Parking fee is $18 waived with purchase of 20 liters of fuel. |

KFFZ - FALCON EXECUTIVE AVIATION |
Pulled up to the self-service pumps late at night and was met by a FBO worker in a golf cart who shuttled one of my passengers closer to his destination. Telephone available inside for flight planning. |

KHND - Henderson Executive Airport |
We were here a little over a week ago. Arrived late and was met by the security guard who was very professional. He opened the terminal to allow us to use the restrooms. If you're renting a car from Hertz with Gold Service and you're arriving after 6pm (Hertz counter closes) then you can call the Hertz desk directly and arrange to have the keys left with the FBO. If you're arriving after 10pm (FBO counter closes) then you can arrange with the FBO to have the keys left with the security guard. |

KAMA - TAC Air |
I was here yesterday. Immediately met as I taxied up and was directed to parking. The fuel truck came over within a few minutes and refueled my plane as I was gathering my things. No fees other than what I paid for fuel. |

     |
KMKC - MKC Self Service Fuel |
Cheap self-serve fuel. If you buy fuel the door lock code for the terminal building appears on the receipt. There's no one inside, but there are restrooms, places to sit, what appears to be kitchen facilities, etc. |

     |
KMKC - Hangar 10 Aviation Services |
Although they don't sell 100LL they have sort of adopted the city ramp next to their ramp. Lineman marshaled me into a spot on the city ramp and chocked my plane. They allowed me to use their facilities for no extra charge. The customer service representative had also booked a hotel room for me downtown (they have a special rate with the Aladdin Holiday Inn that includes breakfast) before I arrived. Just a warning that their wifi apparently doesn't allow VPN connections. |

     |
KBMI - Image Air |
Overnighted here last week. Great service as usual. No fees other than what I paid for fuel. They had also arranged a hotel room for me nearby prior to my arrival and shuttled me over. |

     |
KCMH - Lane Aviation |
Crew car was available for me upon arrival and I was quickly on my way as my plane was refueled (crew car free for one hour for those who purchase fuel). After I got back there was a change of plans and Aimee was able to find me a hotel room at a special rate across the street. They shuttled me over. There were no ramp fees, but an overnight parking fee of $15 (plane was securely tied-down at all three points). |

     |
KBKL - Landmark Aviation |
Was in Cleveland for the weekend. They provided shuttle service to and from my downtown hotel. $40 Facility fee was waived with the purchase of at least seven gallons of 100LL. |

     |
KERI - North Coast Air |
Really good service. I had an issue with a car rental company and North Coast secured me a backup car rental in case the first one didn't work out. Overnight tiedown fee is $12 per night. Other fees waived (fuel was purchased). I was able to drive the rental car next to the airplane. |

     |
1G0 - Wood County Regional Airport |
After parking at the fuel pumps I was immediately met by a lineperson (who is an aviation student at BGSU) who refueled the aircraft as I gathered my things. She provided me with the crew car (Dodge Grand Caravan) for 90 minutes to run into town. No charges other than for fuel. |

KSTP - Signature Flight Support |
Met late at night. Was driven over to the north end of the airport to meet my friend who had gone to the wrong address. Plane was pulled up near the door the next day which was helpful on a very hot and humid day. Because I arrived on a Sunday and ordered fuel immediately I received a discount of 50 cents per gallon on my fuel order. There were no other charges. |
2011-Jul-18 22:01 |
     |
KICT - Yingling Aviation |
Parked me directly in front of the doors upon arrival, had the hotel room reserved for me, and shuttled me over. The next day they pulled the plane up to the doors when I was ready to depart. Overnight tiedown fee was $7. |
2011-Jul-22 23:46 |
     |
KROW - Great Southwest Aviation |
Fuel and lunch stop. Crew car was a nice van. FBO has a soda fountain with ice. Wifi had issues, but they quickly reset the router and it was working again. |

     |
KELP - Cutter Aviation |
They found me a hotel room and shuttled me over. The fuel order was completed before I left so I was able to take care of the bill right away and not have to worry about it in the morning. The next day one of the line persons carted my luggage over to the plane. |
2011-Jul-22 23:57 |
     |
KAPA - TAC Air |
Secure three-point tiedown. Hertz rental car delivered to airplane and was able to drive car to airplane prior to departure. Full-service fuel discounted $1 per gallon on weekends. Overnight tiedown fee is $10 per night. |

     |
KSVC - High Mountain Aviation |
Diverted here after hours due to weather. Self-serve fuel and a warm pilots lounge with a bedroom which allowed me to get some sleep before departing a few hours later. Sofa in another room and recliner in main room allowed passengers to nap. Two bathrooms and kitchen. Coffeemaker, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and vending machine. No one else around. Suggest a sign be conspicuously posted with a list of after hours services available (or what isn't available such as food delivery from town or car rental). |

     |
KABQ - Cutter Aviation |
Diverted here due to weather. Was able to arrange for a rental car on short notice and it was waiting for us when we finally arrived. They arranged for a hotel for us when we returned with the rental car the night before our departure and shuttled us to and from the hotel. |

KFST - Fort Stockton Aviation |
Self-serve works. Wifi works. I didn't see anyone else around during the afteroon until shortly before departure. They must've been busy elsewhere. |

     |
KEDC - Henriksen Jet Center |
Great service. Was parked by the door on arrival and the rental car brought to the plane. They pulled the plane up to the door prior to departure. It looks like they provide fuel discounts on the weekend. Linemen were very attentive. |

     |
KSJT - Skyline Aviation, Inc. |
I arrived a couple of minutes past the usual closing time, but they waited for me. Very friendly and superb service. I was able to bring the rental car to the plane prior to departure. Cookies were good and they put my water bottles in the fridge while I was flight planning. |

KCNM - Chandler Aviation |
Good service. I parked, tied-down the plane, and went inside. They told me where I could find the car keys and contract that Enterprise left for me (the FBO and Enterprise don't have an official relationship). They let me drive the rental car to the plane as necessary and it was fueled for me before I returned for departure. I'd come back. |

Was here again last weekend. Same good service and fuel discount for AOPA members. |

KHND - Henderson Executive Airport |
We were in town for the weekend. The follow-me van was waiting for us as we entered the ramp. The parking spots have steel cables running across the ramp with three-point tie-down chains that the van driver attached to the plane for us.
They had the shuttle to the strip for us (a really nice executive-style sedan). The taxi ride back from the Palazzo was $45 plus tip during a weekday early afternoon.
Overnight tiedown fee for a Cessna 182 is $10 per night with the first night waived with fuel purchase of at least 20 gallons. Overall it's definitely much cheaper than McCarran if your stay is at least two nights and you're not renting a car. |
