Pretty normal for engine shut down, lower speed and altitude, plus need to dump fuel.
Actually Chris, it's required under FAR Part 121 that anytime a twin engine aircraft shuts down an engine inflight to divert to the nearest suitable airport. That does not apply to aircraft with three or more engines as long in the Captain's judgement it is safe to continue.
