In Facebook post, son accuses airline staff of 'harassing' mother
Are airlines safe anymore, asks a son as he recounts a "nightmarish" experience his mother underwent while flying the Jet Airways. Unfortunate circumstance. However, jet airways pax should be in line for security no less than 45 minutes prior to departure for a domestic flight. Just arriving at the airport :50 min prior to departure and watching your "senior" mom disappear into the terminal, especially in DEL is insufficient time allowed to board a flight. Jet is also is very restrictive on baggage size for carry and they don't give any leeway......without an extra charge, of course, sometimes right into the agents pocket!
