The use of other aircraft to continue training. Here's a neat idea. Why not train the students at Luke AFB to follow the prescribed departure and arrival procedures. I mean, I had to follow SID FMS departures within .1 nm or get a noise vilolation, and do it without rolling the aircraft into a 2 g turn, these fighter jocks can't seem to keep their aircraft within 2 miles of the intended path and even then they use pretty much full power to increase 10 kts of speed. I miss the Raptor!
If this didn't cost us so much, it would be so funny.
