the "red" color appears to be the red tape used in building. It's actually called "Tuck Tape" With the F.D. there it appears as if the time frame is shortly after incident. But you may be right as well. Thankx.
In the still picture, with the firemen holding their hoses, with the cockpit in the air---does anyone else see one of the cockpit windows sealed all around it with red "tuck tape" ??? Were they flying it like that?? Doesn't seem like anyone would have had the time to cover the window with plastic and seal it with red "tuck tape"--so soon after the incident as the firemen are still attending the aircraft. Strange indeed.... Thanks.
maybe you should read the happy comments from people in the boonies that have never been able to use the internet until Starlink--me included. Such a mean comment---you should be ashamed of yourself!
My wife and I had the Shell and Beaver gas stations during the eighties in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. We saw the 747 with the shuttle piggybacked fly directly over our location at a relatively low altitude. What a sight and accomplishment! I remember it to this day. I can picture it perfectly as I write this. Thanks to all of the brave people who took great risks to advance the space program.
not many are obeying the isolation or pandemic rules. Our local mpp Sam Osterhoff attended a large party at a restaurant---took shoulder to shoulder pictures with his friends and relatives---all without masks and posted to facebook. Real good example of nobody gives a f:+k. no wonder the virus keeps going. I know travel industry has been hit hard but going to mex. where covid is real bad is just stupid. Just had to add my 10 cents worth. Take care everyone.
