It will be the slow death spiral of General Aviation, which the airlines won't protest. Imagine Air Force 1 in the pattern, number 3 to follow Southwest on final. Airline profits will be the top priority.
We can certainly count on MH370 to bring us news of Boeing aircraft incidents on this forum. Of course, Airbus aircraft never have any problems, do they?
And then, what about wake turbulence? The requirement now behind Super Heavies (A380) is 7 miles, no exceptions. Put just a couple on final, and there goes the efficiency for the other aircraft.
OMG! One of the thousands of Boeing aircraft flying in the world today had to shut down an engine and safely returned to the ground! Did any Airbus airplanes have problems today? Or, are they perfect? I see thru your plan, MH370. Does Airbus pay you?
