Private Plane lands on highway in St. Louis, MO

Helicopter pilot dies in crash into Orlando home

A pilot was killed in a helicopter crash near downtown Orlando on Sunday. Orlando Fire Department Assistant Chief Hezedean Smith said the helicopter hit a two-story garage apartment at Alameda Drive near Edgewater Drive about 2:15 p.m. The Federal Aviation Administration said the helicopter that crashed was a Robinson R44. Small airplane crashes off Kalaupapa, nine people rescued

A small aircraft operated by Makani Kai Air has crashed into the ocean just northeast of Kalaupapa on Molokai. The downed Cessna is reportedly about a half-mile from shore. Small plane crashes at gas station near Spirit Airport; 1 person dead

CHESTERFIELD, Mo. - Spirit of St. Louis Airport Police and local firefighters responded to a nearby gas station Wednesday afternoon following a report of a plane crash. The crash occurred just before 3 p.m. at the BP gas station in the 100 block of Long Road Crossing Drive. An employee at the gas station reported the plane crashed in the business parking lot.
