As a passenger, I will most certainly fly the Max again. However only if with a Canadian or American airline with maybe British or Aussie.
I have to admit, that I suffer somewhat from Aeronautical Xenophobia.
What's with the little flap open upwards on the right tail area, just under the vertical stabilizer?
Air intake for the APU maybe, but was it open in flight?
I have passengered in the MAX8 twice and have no problem and will certainly use it in the future.
In the hands of a competent Air Canada crew, who know how to fly...no problems.
I wish the media would stop calling these planes vintage or historic. Back in the day, I used to fly (as a passenger) in the DC3 when it was a regularly scheduled aircraft on a scheduled route.
Then again, what the heck, at 87 years old I have been called worse things than vintage.
