I still can't get my head around the fact that the man responsible for all of this, was sacked and given a farewell package of $60Million+. As the man responsible for the deaths of 350+ people, and as CEO he was responsible, he should be facing criminal charges not riding away into the sunset with a wad of cash. Furthermore with Trading halted it appears that more is being done to protect Boeing than to help the families involved in this tragedy and Airlines around the world who are loosing millions as a result.

I would be very interested to see the details of Dennis Muilenburg's severance package.

"FlightAware Morning Aviation News & Photo Newsletter" This is the Subject Title at the head of the Email which I receive every morning? Maybe different in someway to the USA edition?

We are talking here about the aviation industry, not about product placement. No offence against the motor cycle industry but there is no comparison between Jet Fighter Aircraft and motor cycles. This is an aviation web site, absolutely nothing what-so-ever to do with motor cycles.

Movie Trailers on this news sheet! That's the last straw for me. This used to be a brilliant news publication but now it has sunk to a new low. Apart from being buried in ads. most of the "News" is old hat, at least 2-3 days old. Looking for a new source of avaition NEWs as of now.

Surely No1 to go should be CEO Dennis Muilenburg?

Wasn't the 737Max a "a lower-cost, lower risk, faster to market, plan than the relatively expensive and relatively more risky development of the so-called NMA or Boeing B-797. B-797 program ideas have been floated;"

Wasn't the 737Max "a sensible option..... sensible management" Don't think so, more like a 'Low Cost option, Bad management' I am no expert but it does appear that the most important consideration influencing Boeing management decisions is the 'bottom line'!
